Cancellation: To cancel a ticket at least three hours before the departure time, 15,000 TZS fee will be deducted to the total amount.
Change of Date: If you need to change your travel date, notify the company early. Changing the date three hours before departure will be free with no penalty. Please note that we cannot guarantee the same seat, seat class, or departure time.
Arrive at the boarding point (30 minutes) before departure time
Fare will not be refunded for late arrivals at the boarding station
Hand luggage is not the responsibility of the bus company.
A child over 3 years old must pay their own fare.
The bus schedule may change due to natural disasters or technical issues.
